Description: Totò is very enthusiastic about the new women’s fashion garment: the “jupe-culotte”. Now he wants to marry only a woman who wears this modern and seductive garment. So he goes in search of the woman of his life, lifting up the ladies’ skirts. But this investigation will have a disastrous end for our hero.
